Reduce Inflammation That Leads to Pain

Salad dressings in stores can be high vegetable oils that can cause inflammation in the body. This can lead to headaches, back pain, and neck pain. One of my favorite lunch foods is salad and can be a flavorful way to get your serving of vegetables.  If you prep the salad dressing on the weekend, it makes it much easier to pack a salad for lunch. The trick is to get the salad dressing to taste good. Olive oil is a great base of the dressing that has so many health benefits. Oil can reduce inflammation in the body and health us with weight loss. It has also been shown to help prevent diseases such as metabolic syndrome, cardiovascular disease, insulin resistance. Fats are essential for us to get daily, and they taste great.
