Recipe
- 2-3 generous handfuls of frozen spinach, kale, or arugula (better yet, a combination!)

- 2-3 cups of water or coconut milk (varies based on desired consistency and sweetness)
- Daily dose of essential nutrients
- 1 dose of your favorite protein powder (optional)
