I wish health was as easy as taking a pill, but the truth is that it is a lifestyle choice. Chronic inflammation can cause pain and worse could lead to life threatening diseases. Berries have always been one of my personal favorites not only because of the flavor but because they can grow in harsher climates. That leads to powerful antioxidants that can have huge healing prosperities. One of my favorites is blueberries. Frozen or fresh, organic blueberries can pack a punch for flavor and health benefits. Below is a quote from a research article that shows eating blueberries can have an impact on our body’s inflammation and insulin sensitivity.
